186-3GT-12 is a Single Sided 3mm GT®2 timing pulley belt features 62 teeth and a width of 12". The belt is made of Black Neoprene and has a Fiberglass Cord.

The PowerGrip® GT®2 belt has twice the load carrying capacity of its predecessor HTD®. In addition, less width is required compared to HTD, allowing lighter, more compact drives.

APPLICATIONS /MARKETS
PowerGrip GT2 belts are suitable for many applications including data storage, food processors, machine tool, ticket dispensers, hand power tools, postage handling, vending machines, DC Stepper/Servo, office machines, centrifuges, money handling, medical diagnostic, sewing machines, vacuum cleaners and robotics.

ADVANTAGES /FEATURES
Fiberglass tensile cord provides high strength, high resistance to elongation, and excellent flex life.
Neoprene body provides protection against oil, grime, grease, and moisture.
Nylon tooth facing provides a durable wear surface for long service life.
The patented tooth profile by Gates is engineered to match a particular sprocket groove profile. This combination of sprocket groove and belt tooth enhances capacity and enhances alignment.
PowerGrip GT2 greatly exceeds HTD in tooth ratchet resistance.
Eliminates lubrication and re-tensioning to reduce maintenance and labor required on drives.
